Phase 3: Deliver ProgramBECs principal, Isabella Petretich, a highly qualified Business Trainer, Speech Pathologist and Teacher, delivers all programs. Isabellas personal involvement ensures a high level of consistency and optimal service for all clients.
Depending on the type of business outcome required, and the number of individuals requiring training, individuals are either coached privately or trained in groups. Isabella employs a variety of training, coaching and teaching strategies developed over a 10-year career.
Phase 4: Facilitate Skills TransferThe most important feature of any training process is how successfully an individual can use the newly acquired skills in everyday interactions. A skills transfer component is built into all programs, facilitating immediate practice and long term retention of new skills.
Phase 5: Sustain New Skills
As training progresses through these four stages, we focus on facilitating the individuals permanent transfer of new skills. This is done via regular follow-up, intermittent coaching or review sessions that focus on bedding down new behaviours.
